How to book a room:


Step 1

Using the down arrow on the right hand of the screen, change the calendar view from ‘4 Weeks’ to Scheduler’.

Using the small calendar on the left, select the date you would like to create a booking on.

Step 2

Click on your desired time slot under your desired room to open a new booking. Please be sure to check that the ‘Date’, ‘Time’, and ‘Calendar’ (room) details are all correct. NOTE: all ‘repeat’ bookings must have an end date. Any booking saved as ‘continuing: forever’ will be deleted.

Step 3

Write your full name in the ‘Event Title’ and ‘Organiser’. Add the purpose of your room booking under ‘Description’ and set the status to ‘Student’. Lastly, click the save button to confirm your booking. It is possible to adjust the details of your booking for a short while immediately after creating it if you notice a small error.

Step 4

Cancelling a booking

Once you have saved your booking you cannot change or remove it. If you need to adjust the booking or cancel it, please contact the Arts Representative or the College Club Secretary. For minor updates or additional event details, you can use the ‘Comments’ feature on the event.

In the event of a scheduling conflict please contact the organiser of the event to discuss a possible solution before contacting the Arts Rep or Secretary.
