Corporate Conferences and Functions

Why utilise our spaces?

The College hosts conferences, associations, sporting groups and retreats. We are in a prime location for your next conference as Crawley has many restaurants, stores, community services and sports facilities nearby.

The College is available for private & corporate events from December to February. We have a number of function rooms seating between 10 and 60, with the Quadrangle having a capacity of 200.

What type of conference space are you looking for?

  • Ruth Rodgers Room

Our newest function space is the Ruth Rodgers Room. It contains everything you might possibly need, including a conference setup with whiteboards, retractable projectors, and a large sliding door which opens onto Arcus Court.

  • Georgian Room

If you have a smaller group of around 10-12 and prefer a more traditional room, then the Georgian Room is ideal for you. A television and whiteboards are avaliable upon request.

  • Hackett Dining Hall

Our stunning Hackett Dining Hall can be used in a theatre style for groups of up to 180 people. It is most commonly used for dining purposes with a capacity of 96 people.

  • The Quadrangle

Our pride and pleasure is our quadrangle, which is surrounded by ivy and beautiful gardens that provide for a perfect day in the sun.
