CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICIES

Bookings made online

Refer to your original booking confirmation via the online booking system for cancellation and amendments procedure. There might be a fee for changes and cancellation.

Group Bookings

Email guests@stgc.uwa.edu.au with your request.

ROOM KEY:

  • A $375 replacement fee will be charged for keys damaged or not returned upon checkout.

CAR PARKING:

  • Onsite parking is limited and subject to availability. Please inquire directly to guests@stgc.uwa.edu.au prior to checking in.

FIRE SAFETY & SMOKING

  • Smoking & Vaping is prohibited in and around the St George’s College campus.

  • Misuse of safety equipment is strictly forbidden.

  • False Fire Alarms as a result of and not limited to misuse of safety equipment (incl. alarms) or smoking/vaping in rooms and on premise will result in a penalty charge of $1,700.

INDEMNITY PROVISION:

  • Use of St George’s College Guest Accommodation premises is entirely at your risk and you release St George’s College absolutely and to the full extent permitted by law from all claims and demands of every kind from any accident, damage or injury occurring on St George’s College premises unless expressly due to St George’s College’s negligence.

  • You remain liable for and indemnify St George’s College at all times against the liability for loss or damage (including injury and death) wholly or partly due to or arising out of an incident occurring on St George’s College premises, your use of occupation of the venue, your faulty property or the entry into or escape from the venue of water, gas, electricity or other similar substance, except to the extent to which the loss or damage is due to the negligence of St George’s College Guest Accommodation.
