Symbios Quartet
Symbios Quartet is a Saxophone quartet and one of Western Australia’s leading chamber ensembles, in a program that celebrates the depth, colour and intimacy of the string quartet repertoire.

Sumich graduated with Honours from WAAPA, studying with Dr Matthew Styles and Nikki Demandolx. He performs across orchestral, choral and theatre settings, and is an active member of Perth’s music scene.

Grace Kay is a classically trained saxophonist and WAAPA Honours graduate. Guided by Dr Matt Styles and Dr Erin Royer, she embraces stylistic versatility, performs widely across Perth, and is a passionate performer and educator.

Blake Faulkner is a Perth-based saxophonist and WAAPA graduate. He performs across classical, jazz and theatre settings, values versatility across the saxophone family, and brings a strong interest in cross-genre traditions today.

Andrea Jordan-Keane is an Australian saxophonist of Irish heritage and WAAPA student. She performs across classical, jazz and contemporary styles, writes arrangements, and explores Celtic influences through saxophone performance.
