Christopher Lawson-Smith (1960): A Slice of Life

Georgian Christopher Lawson-Smith (1960) will be introducing his memoir A Slice of Life with his son Matt Lawson-Smith (1992) at the Claremont Yacht Club at 6pm on Thursday 19th February. The evening is hosted by the Lane Bookshop, which is owned by another Georgian, Nick Day (1992). Chris will be reflecting on his 40-year career as a general surgeon: his time working in Kalgoorlie, Kenya, Nepal and Niger, the highs and lows and the encounters with patients and colleagues he met along the way.
