Most events at College are run by one of the College Club Committee members or Exec who undergo Event Management Training at the start of the year. It’s a wide and varied calendar of events that should have a little of something for everyone.

How to download the College Club calendar
The College uses a platform called TeamUp Calendar. We recommend bookmarking this link (click here) to your browser.

Residents can seek approval from the College to hold small personal events such as birthdays and other celebrations in various common rooms at College. To seek approval contact Priscilla with the following information:
The date, start and finish time, and requested room for your event
The number of guests and purpose of the event (e.g. birthday)
Will you or your guests be consuming alcohol at the event
Private Events
Do you want to start a new Club or hold a private event?
Step 1) Prepare the relevant information (see above)
Step 2) Email or book a meeting with Priscilla to discuss
Do you want to advertise your event on the Elsey TV?
Step 1) Prepare your image (Aspect Ratio 16:9 | Resolution 3840px x 2160px)
Step 2) Email your image to intern@stgc.uwa.edu.au
Make sure you email your request 1 week before your event to allow enough time for our staff to add it to the playlist.
