Georgians and partners are invited to return to the College Dining Hall to enjoy an evening of storytelling, fine wine and delicious food. In the lead up to the College's Centenary in 2031, this Dinner will focus on College stories from the 1970s. Guest speaker Tom Percy KC (1973) will talk about some of the iconic events he was involved with when he was a College resident 1973-1976.

Originally from Kalgoorlie, Tom Percy is a barrister who practices primarily in criminal law, specifically jury trials and Superior Court and Tribunal appeals. In 1984 he was elected to the WA Bar Association and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997. Tom is well known to the public for his work on high profile cases such as the Beamish and Button appeal cases and more recently the Schapelle Corby case. He often works in the field of wrongful conviction and in a pro bono capacity. Tom is also an author, a musician, a columnist with The Sunday Times, and is a familiar voice for many in Western Australia through regular appearances on various radio stations.
